OVERVIEW
Neon Circuit Untangle is an offline-first puzzle game. The current application build does not create user accounts, does not include advertising SDKs, does not include analytics SDKs, and does not transmit gameplay information to a developer-operated server.
LOCAL GAME DATA
The game stores gameplay and preference data locally on the device using Android SharedPreferences. This can include unlocked level progress, star ratings, coin balance, booster counts, unlocked cable skins, the selected skin, total solved circuits, daily-circuit completion state, sound preference, and haptic preference.
Android platform backup or device-transfer features may include this local application data when the user has enabled those operating-system features.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
The game does not ask for or collect a name, phone number, postal address, precise location, contacts, photos, camera content, microphone content, account credentials, or a personal profile.
PERMISSIONS AND DEVICE FEATURES
The Android manifest requests the vibration permission so optional haptic feedback can be provided during gameplay. The game does not request the Android Internet permission in the current build. Sound effects are bundled within the application. The game does not read shared-storage files.
ADVERTISING, ANALYTICS, AND THIRD-PARTY TRACKING
No advertising SDK, analytics SDK, social-login system, cloud leaderboard, or third-party tracking service is implemented in this release. No personal data is sold or shared with advertisers by the game.
DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
Local game data remains on the device until it is reset or removed. Players can clear locally stored game progress and preferences through Settings > Reset All Progress. Uninstalling the application also removes local application data, subject to Android platform backup and restore behavior.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Because the current build does not collect personal information through accounts, advertising, analytics, or developer servers, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children through those mechanisms. Parents or guardians should still review device-level backup and privacy settings that are controlled by Android or the device owner.
SECURITY
The game minimizes data exposure by keeping gameplay data local and by not operating a gameplay backend. No method of device storage can be guaranteed to be completely immune from unauthorized access, and device security remains partly dependent on the Android device and its owner.
CONTACT AND LEGAL PRIVACY IDENTITY
A legal company name and developer support email were not supplied in the final project materials available for this asset build. To avoid inventing identity or contact information, this policy does not name an unverified company or email address. The current in-app Contact Us screen likewise leaves outbound email disabled until a valid release contact is configured.
Before public release, the publisher should configure its verified legal privacy identity and official support email consistently in the app and published privacy policy.
POLICY CHANGES
If future versions add services such as advertising, analytics, network APIs, cloud saving, accounts, or other data processing, this policy should be updated before that version is released.
